My good friend, Bill, turns 40 today. That brings me joy. We met at Indiana University in 1993 and have been friends ever since. We worked together for 7 years at Washington U when Bill was the Director of Orientation.
He has been Associate Dean of Students at Guilford College the last four years and has just been hired as the Dean of Students at Averett University in Virginia. Congrats, Dean Woodward!
For his 40th birthday, he invited friends to join him for a whitewater rafting trip in North Carolina. It was a blast. Happy 40th birthday, Bill. I look forward to joining the 40 club in the not too distant future. Life is short, live large!
